Festa del Chianti Classico includes seminars led by Bobby Stuckey and Carlin Karr, walk around tastings and Festa style dinners held at Tavernetta. Over 20 winemakers from Chianti Classico descend into Denver to take part of this event yearly.
Weldworks Brewing | Hospitalian Pils
In collaboration with Weldwerks Brewing out of Greely, CO, the HospItalian Pilsner is a bright, crisp, and aromatic lager that is perfectly paired with almost any food.
It is 5.5% ABV and dry-hopped with German-grown "Noble Hops" such as Hallertau Magnum, Hallertau Blanc, and Polaris. These varietals contribute to a slightly spicy, minty, and verdant hop nose. The mid-palate is soft, with lightly-breaded malts, finishing full, rich, and deeply aromatic. This is a good ‘bridge beer’, hoppy enough for an IPA drinker, and easy drinking enough for a lager drinker. This is a special collaboration that is only available at FHG restaurants.
In 2022, Weldwerks was voted #2 small regional brewery in the world by Craft Beer and Brewing Magazine.

The flavor starts with a soft, rich maltiness, fruit on the mid-palate, giving way to an earthy bitterness and dry minerality,” says Travis Hixon, Blackberry Farm Brewery Brewmaster. “With (More) Love has aromas of stone fruit, tropical fruit, citrus zest and pine, with additional hop-tannin dryness.
